Short Biography

Originally from North Bay, Ontario, Sarah Philbin is a Nurse Practitioner with a strong academic and clinical foundation. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2010 before beginning her career in medicine and emergency care, where she developed advanced clinical judgment and a comprehensive approach to patient care. She completed her Nurse Practitioner certification in 2014 and later earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Laurentian University in 2021, further strengthening her commitment to clinical excellence and evidence-based practice.

With over a decade of experience in primary care, Sarah has developed a focused clinical interest in dermatology. She has extensive experience assessing and managing common skin conditions, including acne, rosacea, and perioral dermatitis. She continues to pursue advanced dermatology education to remain current with evolving research and treatment guidelines. Her approach is grounded in structured, evidence-based protocols designed to deliver safe, effective, and individualized care.

At NORDA Skin, Sarah provides neurotoxin treatments and facial fillers to enhance facial balance and natural-looking rejuvenation. She believes aesthetic medicine must be rooted in strong medical knowledge, anatomical precision, and patient safety. Continuing education and adherence to best practices are the cornerstones of her work, ensuring each treatment plan is thoughtful, refined, and aligned with the highest clinical standards. Through ongoing education and mentorship with the Canadian-accredited THMA Consulting Inc., she remains committed to delivering safe, ethical, and individualized care that aligns with evolving research and best practices.

Sarah is dedicated to helping patients feel confident in their own skin. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on her two sons at the hockey rink.
